Purchase:
Through our website you are able to pay with most credit cards and a few digital payment methods (i.e. ApplePay or MobilePay, depending on your country).
After your purchase a receipt will be sent to the email you specified during your purchase process. Payment will not be charged until the product is in the capable hands of our shipping partners. Our prices include tax (VAT) and shipping fee. All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK).
To protect customers Jewellery by Just may delay, hold or cancel an order, should we find that more information is needed or a potential mistake has happened.
Shipping:
All gold jewellery will be shipped using Valuable-protection-shipping, which means the jewellery is additionally insured until you have signed a receipt confirmation by the delivery company. All other jewellery is shipped with tracking, so you know exactly where the package is. All jewellery is also shipped as a fragile valuable, ensuring careful and gentle handling. We take care of the cost of shipping the product to you, and we will ship it as soon as possible after receiving your order. We additionally do not charge you until the product has been shipped out of our store. All packages are sent from Scandinavia (Denmark), and expected delivery times within Denmark is 1-4 business days, depending on the destination of the product and time of the order.
If you refuse the package upon delivery, or if you do not collect your package in time, and want the package redelivered, the cost of re-shipping may fall upon you.
Return & warranty:
Should you regret your purchase, we are here to help! Contact us through our contact formular, and we will get back to you with the easiest way for you to return your product. Please keep the original packaging to ease your return process.
We always provide a 14-day right of return from the moment the product is delivered – This allows you to try on your new beautiful purchase from the comfort of your home. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, without signs of use/wear/damage.
If your purchase is custom made, you waive your 14-day right of return, but you keep your 24 month warranty.
If your piece seems faulty or flawed, please reach out to us using the contact page as soon as possible, and we will help you get a new piece. We quality control every individual piece, so should something miss our attention, we would love to know it. You have a 24 month warranty on all pieces bought from us, but you must inform us of any flaws in fair time of receiving the product. Should your piece be bought through a retailer, please contact the retailer, as they will handle the return.
Your safety in disputes:
We trust and believe in the authority of the Danish “Nævneneshus”, who protect consumers in disputes with companies. We will always try to solve any disputes to your satisfaction – without your support we would not exist – but should you not be satisfied, we will here, in our own terms, provide a direct link to “Nævneneshus” and their official channels of complaints “Forbrugerklagenævnet“. We truly hope you will never need it.
Privacy:
To gain full insight into how we handle your data and personal information, please see our Privacy Policy page. The information we gather on this site, will only be accessed by trusted employees of Jewellery by Just ApS and our direct partners (i.e. shipping address provided to the shipping company) to ensure a good experience and that we fulfill our obligations.
For security reasons we do not store any credit card details, and the details of your payment will be handled by a trusted partner in payments & transactions using a secure & encrypted connection.
Delivery & Contact information provided to us will only be used in that regard, though as required by local law, some information of your purchase will be saved for 5 years to verify the authenticity of our transactions.
You may reach out to us using the contact page and inquire about which, if any, personal data we have on your purchase. Should you wish to, you can inquire about having all or certain parts deleted. When purchasing from us, you accept that we provide you with information relevant to your purchase, such as, but not limited to, receipt; package tracking information; impact of your charity choice; inquiry of your experience and; how to care for your new product. Charity:
Your charity selection will take effect 30 days after your purchase, to ensure that your purchase is final and that we as a company can guarantee the charity organization their funding. Thank you for making the world a better and more beautiful place.
