We, at Jewellery by Just ApS (“we”, “us” or “our), value datasecurity and your right to privacy. Therefore we have added this section to create full transparency in what information we save and/or collect in different situations where you interact with us.

2. If you visit our website
We handle personal information on our website (www.jewellerybyjust.com) in a few different situations, such as signing up for newsletters, shipping etc.
Therefore to use this site, or to provide us with any kind of personal information, you must be at least 16 years of age. This site is not intended for children, and should we find that we have been provided personal information of a child, our policy is to delete the information.
We are not responsible for external sites that we may link or refer to, nor their content or privacy policy. We therefore strongly recommend you read the privacy policy of any site you enter.

2.1 Cookies
We use cookies on our website strictly for functionality. As of 23.11.2022 we only use functional cookies to determine (and for your local machine to remember) functions such as which language you use or have selected on our website. This is purely to improve your experience and make the site accessible and understandable to you. Most commonly they are saved for 1 year, so if it has been more than 1 year since your last visit, you may need to reselect some functionality such as language.

We may change this cookie policy at any time, should we need to adapt our website for improved functionality, statistics etc.

If you decide to contact us, we may collect and process personal information, such as:

 – Date, Subject of the reason for contacting us
 – Other information you have provided us. We recommend that you do not give away sensitive or confidential personal information, unless strictly necessary to process your inquiry. Should the latter be the case, please make sure to contact us using an encrypted email.

We collect the above information to be able to provide you with an answer to your inquiry or request, or to maintain communication with you, or for analysis with regards to improving our website, products and services.

2.3 Using our website or webshop
If you visit our website or webshop we collection personal information in different scenarios, information such as:
 – Name
 – Email
 – Phone number
 – Address
 – Payment informations
 – Order and/or payment history
 – Digital footprint

We do this to be able to:
 – Remember your selection if you come back later for finalizing a purchase
 – Completing a purchase
 – Handling shipping, returns, warranty
 – Information regarding your purchase, such as caring for your product or effect of your selected charity.
 – Marketing connected to your previous purchase unless opted out
 – Statistics and analysis to improve our products and services

Without the above we will not be able to deliver our contractual duty in the event of a purchase or treat personal data in a legitimate way in regards to marketing you have opted into.

3. Signing up for our Newsletter or Marketing Campaigns etc.
If you sign up for our newsletter or any marketing campaign we run, we collect and process the following personal information from you, for marketing, statistics and analysis purposes:

 – Email
 – Consent and date of consent (i.e. Newsletter requires double opt in, once on the signup page and a second time when you confirm your email address)
We store this personal information as long as your subscription or the campaign is active, and for a while thereafter to be able to document the validity of the consent you provided while it was active.

4. If you are a supplier, partner or influencer etc.
If you decide to work with us in any shape or form, including being an owner of a company we work with, being an employee of a supplier or other partners, or external consultants, etc. who in any shape or form is in contact with us, we will process some personal information, as listed below.

We may collect information about you when: your company, or the company you work for, enters a relation with us; If you have been in touch with us; we may also collect your information, if you have provided your resume or handed out business cards; If you work together with us or communicate with us; informations provided during your visits.

The information we collect may include: name, address, email, phonenumber or other contact information. It may also contain organisational information in regards to your company, employment, position, work area, primary work location and country. It may also contain information such as contractual information, like orders, invoices, receipts, contracts or other agreements between your employer/company and us, some of which may contain personal information. We may also save financial information such as payment conditions, banking information, creditscores, or other information related or found necessary for our cooperation/partnership/work/communication. 

For influencers we keep the following information: your name, email, phone number, nickname on social platforms, information about our agreement, financial information, image and video material, information on product sizes required, information on performance and other statistics relevant to our work.

We may receive this information from you, our communication or from a third party.

We use this information for: overall planning, administration and completion of partnerships, handling rights and responsibilities in our agreements; for financial reasons, such as administration of payment, evaluation, accounting, etc.; completion of orders and purchases; Overall communication including responding to requests or press; Security and legal reasons, to protect values, solve and avoid crime; statistics and analysis with regards to improving our products and services; to ensure we follow legal requirements and our contractual duties and to stop illegal activities; conflict handling; and for marketing of us, including sharing image and/or video material on our own social media accounts.

5. If you visit our profiles on Social Media
We take responsibility for our activities on Social Media, but in certain situations we share responsibility with the provider of the social media, including data responsibility and how personal information is managed in connection to your visit on our site or interaction with our social media. We follow the laws and guidelines of Denmarks Datatilsyn in regards to shared data responsibility and try, by using the tools accesible to us, to ensure that you receive information on the treatment of your personal information when you visit our sites or social media profiles.

When you visit or interact with our social media pages, we and the provider of the platform, can collect, manage and keep personal information about you, such as: information available on your profile; your “likes” or other interactions on our profile; comments you leave in our posts; your other activity regarding our profiles or pages. We use this information for statistics and analysis to improve our products and services, our profiles and social media activity; also to be able to communicate with you, i.e. via comments, reviews or direct messages. Lastly we use it for overall marketing.

The providers of the social media platforms may use your information in other regards, but some which we are relevant to us are: development and running of adds; providing us with statistics; adds and adaptation of adds on their platforms.

6. Third party
To fulfill our above purpose or obligations, we may provide a third party with your information if it is relevant for our services, such as shipping, IT-support, mail providers, etc. These service providers will only treat the personal information we provide in accordance to our instructions and they are not allowed to use the information for other or own purposes.

There are a few exceptions to the above, such as legal requests or requirements stated by: Police, Lawyers, Accountants, Judges, Government Agencies, Potential Buyers and other companies owned by the parent company.

7. Your rights
You have the right to gain insight into what personal information we have of you.
You have the right to object to our collection and processing of your personal information.
You have the right to request correction of wrongful information or deletion of personal information (with some legal exclusions, such as proof of purchase for our accouting)
You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal information
You have the right, under certain circumstances, to receive a copy of your information and how we have processed it.
You can at any time withdraw your consent. Hereafter we will delete your personal information, unless we can or must process this information on other grounds. Our newsletter can be unsubscribed at the bottom of the email you receive from it.
