Q: How is your environmental focus?
With our new state-of-the-art production in 2023, we aim to be at the forefront of recycling precious metals, creating a more sustainable world. Additionally we only use FSC & ECO-responsible packaging.
Q: How much is shipping?
National shipping is included in the price of all items, and your purchase is shipped from Denmark, Scandinavia. If you are outside of Denmark, the cost of shipping will be shown at check-out.
Q: When does my purchase arrive?
You can track your package all the way to your home, so if you are ordering something in stock, we will ship it on the current or following day. Shipping time is normally within a few workdays, but that depends on the method of delivery. If your item was made-to-order, it might take longer, as a lot of our fine craft is done by hand.
Q: Can I return my product/regret my purchase?
As a rule of thumb, yes! Contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send you a shippinglabel and a guide on how to return the product. Note that the product must not show signs of use or damage. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Q: Does jewellery change over time?
Yes! Much like nature, jewellery changes its expression over time. Quality silver will be exposed to oxidation over time, making it darker. This is a sign of pure materials, and we have embedded the concept into our designs, where this effect will create depth in jewellery.
